As work on Book One of After Apotheosis comes to an end, my attention moves to Books Two and Three and the slow unravelling of the central mystery of the series. I’ve always been fascinated by fantasy and mythology that explores ancient beings; unfathomable entities from some distant past long forgotten. Similarly, I think the best fantasy stories are those that are small in scale, dealing with personal stories, simultaneously cosmos and aeon-spanning. Where these threads collide, where ordinary people are caught up in cosmic events, is the space in which After Apotheosis exists. I can’t wait to tell this story.
